Privacy Policy for MusicTracker Effective Date: March 18, 2026

Thank you for using MusicTracker. Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy outlines what data our application collects, how it is used, and your rights regarding that data.

  1. Data We Collect Apple Media Library: MusicTracker requests access to your Apple Music and media library. We only access your library data (such as play counts, song titles, duration, and artwork) locally on your device to generate statistics and display your listening history.

We do not transmit, upload, or store your Apple Music data on any external servers. All music data processing occurs strictly on your device.

Advertising Data: We use Google AdMob to provide banner advertisements within the app. AdMob may collect and use data such as your device identifier (Device ID), location data, and usage data to serve personalized ads.

  1. App Tracking Transparency (ATT) In compliance with Apple’s guidelines, we request your permission to track your activity across other companies’ apps and websites for the purpose of delivering personalized advertising. If you decline, you will still see ads, but they may be less relevant to your interests.

  2. Third-Party Services The app uses the following third-party services that may collect information used to identify you:

  1. In-App Purchases Any in-app purchases (such as “Remove Ads”) are processed securely through Apple’s App Store. We do not process, intercept, or have access to your payment information.
